FAQ

  • An edition is a limited series of a particular print or object. Limited editions are fixed in quantity, meaning we will only produce a certain number.

  • Framing options vary for each piece and are listed within individual product pages. All pieces are framed to the edge, unless otherwise specified, and use UV acrylic glass. More info about framing can be found here.

  • Yes. We work directly with our artists to create editions that accurately represent their larger body of work. Additionally, each artist personally reviews and approves their final edition.

  • Each edition comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA) signed by the artist. Additionally every editions will be signed, marked, or numbered on the edition itself. If you have any questions about how an edition is signed please contact us through info@avantarte.com.

  • Yes. Sign up for our mailing list to always be the first to know about our new editions.

  • No. The copyright is not transferred to the purchaser of the edition.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All requests for cancellations and/or adjustments must be made within 48 hours after the order was placed. Requests that extend beyond this timeline will not be accommodated.

  • We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on info@avantarte.com

    If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.

    If your print arrives damaged or flawed, you may be eligible for a replacement or return. All claims on damaged prints must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing info@avantarte.com with the issue.

  • Works must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and with the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity in order to qualify for a return. If we are able to accept your return, shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. No return will be accepted without the Certificate of Authenticity, unless otherwise specified. Please keep in mind that prints may not be replaceable as all of our prints are limited release.
