The following is a Resale Agreement dated as of 18/5/2025 between null of null (“You”) and Avant Arte B.V. (“Avant Arte”, “Us”), located at Abcouderstraatweg 130-B, 1105 AA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
In this Agreement, “Artwork” refers to the following works

This Resale Agreement outlines the resale terms you agree to by making a purchase of artwork from us, Avant Arte B.V. (“Avant Arte”, “Us”), located at Abcouderstraatweg 130-B, 1105 AA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Context
The motivation behind all of our collaborations, for us and our artists, is to offer amazing works which can be enjoyed in the collections and the homes of our collectors. We of course understand that collections evolve and collectors may want or need to sell pieces. In that instance, we want to make sure that our collector community has the first opportunity to buy any works that are going to be made available and that we can protect our artist by facilitating this privately
You and Avant Arte agree as follows:
- You may not resale or otherwise transfer ownership of the Artwork to a third party for a period of two (2) years from the date of this agreement.
- Should You wish to resell the Artwork after such period of two (2) years has elapsed, Avant Arte shall hold a preferential acquisition right. You agree to notify Avant Arte of your intention to resell the Artwork via email at info@avantarte.com. Avant Arte shall have thirty (30) days to reply.
- If Avant Arte replies within the set term, both parties agree to enter into a thirty (30) day good faith negotiation to agree on a buyback price and a process for the transaction.
- If Avant Arte does not reply within the response period, upon its completion, you shall be permitted to freely resell the Artwork.
- The Certificate of Authenticity will be shipped with this work.
- This agreement may only be varied by written agreement between You and Avant Arte.
- This agreement and any contractual or non-contractual dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by the law of The Netherlands.
