THIS IS REAL came to Sarah Zucker in a dream – a prismatic statement revealed through the intersection of two iridescent moire patterns.

For Zucker, the incorporeal nature of digital art is a feature, not a flaw. Her practice has been centred on time-based video art for over a decade. But when NFT’s became part of the mainstream, she was confronted with backlash concerning the validity of digital artwork. In this NFT edition, she explores the paradox of reality. Does something need to be physical to be real? Is virtual reality a non reality? Zucker confidently concludes that there is no line between Real and Not Real; it is all a matter of perception.

Following the launch, collectors will be invited via email to claim their NFT.
