Framing art the right way – that's our passion, the core of our fine craftsmanship. We offer bespoke museum-quality picture frames of all formats and styles. Every frame is custom-made and handcrafted in Munich. Our highly skilled team of carpenters, gilders, glaziers, wood sculptors, artists, and art historians has been framing for more than 30 years. We use the highest quality museum-standard framing techniques, specialize in elaborate copies of historical frames, offer a wide range of antique frames and develop framing concepts for international museums, galleries, collections, artists and of course private homes. Over many years, Werner Murrer has built up an extensive collection of original frames from the 15th to the 20th century. In the showroom, next to the workshop, we present a remarkable collection of expressionist frames.

With in-house paper conservation and a team of framers who dedicate themselves to quality using the finest materials and techniques. Associated with the Fine Art Trade Guild in London and one of Australia's only examiners for the Guilds exam, experienced with working with collectors and museums problem-solving and creating display solutions for all types of Fine Art.

We build sustainable picture frames with professional expertise. Sustainable in the sense of a circular economy, where material, energy and labor are not consumed but are recycled again and again. This means resource-saving production, long-lasting quality and an economically justifiable price. We stand for the combination of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary, modern design. Every item is handcrafted in our London workshop, close to the West End, where there’s ample parking. Here, we meet the security demands of leading art institutions and conservation-level standards. You can remove an artwork we’ve framed, without a trace of it having been displayed.

Measures, cuts, specifications and finishes are all recorded in our archives, dating since 1995, so we can reproduce previous requests at any time. We pride ourselves on being able to display practically anything and relish a challenge. Just ask and we’ll put our heads together with you.

We offer basic framing services for the budget conscience and conservation framing services for original pieces and collectors alike. No job is too small for us :)

Talent Arts Frame Makers

Family run business  Est 1983. We specialise in Antique maps and prints and Vintage artwork, The framing workshop is onsite which means we can offer experience and knowledge for all your framing needs. We use a number of suppliers so we can offer you vast selection of moulding, mounts and Glass. 
We do Traditional hand made frames as well as custom hand finished frame, we feel conservation of artwork is really important to preserve it for generations to come. We have been members of the Fine Art Trade Guild since our opening.

The team of Krützmann shares a passion for traditional craftsmanship and the enthusiasm to express this in the things they make. Nils & Jonna are the fourth generation of this framing family and run the business together with their father Erik.

The quality, finishing and authentic appearance of our handmade frames are the result of a working method based on pure craftsmanship. This requires knowledge of traditional techniques and the skills to apply them.We are very reluctant to make compromises on the materials and tools we use; only the best is good enough. We view each frame as an opportunity to demonstrate the mastery passed on to us by previous generations of master craftsmen.
