Salvador Dalí Estate, Fundació Gala Salvador Dalí, presents a Surrealist masterpiece as a new limited edition print.
Originally painted in 1933, Millet's Architectonic Angelus is Dalí's surreal reimagining of Jean-François Millet's famous nineteenth-century painting The Angelus. Inspired by the original, Dalí reworked its quiet rural scene into a dreamlike composition filled with mystery, replacing its religious calm with an atmosphere of ambiguity, desire and illusion.
The original painting is held in the collection of the Museo Reina Sofía, Madrid.
