We can frame almost anything including: family  photos, your last ACL festival poster, your child's art work from school, art to hang in a local coffee shop, thrift store finds, and vinyl record sleeves. We can even plan out a full wall collage.

Vintage Framing Studio

Graduate of the University of Texas Fine Arts department in 1981 with a BFA in Art, specializing in graphic design, illustration and black and white photography. In 1982 to supplement my income I took a job with a locally owned franchise called Frame It in Barton Creek Square, later to be known as Deck the Walls.  I managed these stores for many years, learning about all things custom framing, attention to detail, and customer service. ​ When Deck the Walls at Barton Creek Square closed in 2014 I decided to move to an area that was new, vibrant, and close to downtown to be part of the changing face of our city.

We proudly display original artwork by local painters, photographers and artisans whose passion is showing you our town through their eyes. At the heart of our collection is the work of Mary Doerr, whose rich, detailed watercolors capture the heart and soul of our favorite places along with the unique spirit that’s kept Austin weird for generations. Today, Robin and Bud will be found assisting customers with Austin art and custom framing.

LT Custom Framing & Creations and Fine Art Gallery is a full service custom frame shop and fine art gallery, building each piece to the customer’s satisfaction. LT Custom Framing & Creations & Fine Art Gallery, owned by Lorrie T. Dunks, started in May of 2002 in Wimberley, TX. Wimberley Texas is just Southwest of Austin and West of San Marcos, TX. Lorrie is a local artist and is involved in the central Texas community of Wimberley, extensively in the art community including Wimberley Valley Art League. She was a member of the PPFA (Professional Picture Framers of America) and held office of Treasurer in the WVAL. She has extensive training in color & design and can help you tackle any job, small or large. You name it, we can do it, is her motto.
